Check the quality of the Wear resistant steel tubes: Before installation, carefully check the appearance of the wear-resistant pipe for cracks, breakage and other defects. For ceramic composite pipes, check whether the ceramic layer has fallen off or hollowing; for cast stone pipes, check whether the cast stone is uniform and has no obvious flaws; for alloy pipes, check whether there are problems such as sand holes on the alloy surface.

Check the size: Ensure that the pipe diameter, wall thickness, length and other specifications of the pipe meet the design requirements. For example, in a mining material transportation project, if the design requires the use of wear-resistant pipes with an inner diameter of 300mm, each pipe must be measured and checked before installation.

Welding connection: For alloy wear-resistant pipes, welding is a common connection method. When welding, it is necessary to select appropriate welding materials and welding processes to ensure the strength and wear resistance of the weld. For example, when welding high-chromium alloy pipes, welding rods with a composition similar to that of the parent material should be used, and parameters such as welding current, voltage and welding speed should be strictly controlled to avoid welding defects.

To ensure that the installation position of the pipeline is accurate, and the straightness and slope meet the design requirements. During the installation process, you can use measuring tools such as levels and theodolites for real-time monitoring. For example, in the installation of a long-distance material transportation pipeline, the elevation and centerline position of the pipeline need to be measured at a certain interval (such as 10 meters) to ensure that the straightness deviation of the pipeline installation is within the allowable range (generally not more than 10mm).

Appearance inspection: Regularly inspect the appearance of wear-resistant pipes to check whether they are worn, corroded, deformed, etc. For ceramic composite pipes, focus on checking the wear of the ceramic layer. If the ceramic layer is severely worn (such as the wear thickness exceeds 50% of the original thickness) or a large area of detachment occurs, it should be repaired or replaced in time; for cast stone pipes, check whether the cast stone is cracked or peeled off; for alloy pipes, pay attention to observe whether the alloy surface has wear, corrosion pits, etc.

Check the connection: Check whether there are any leaks or looseness at the pipe connection. For flange-connected pipes, check whether the bolts are loose and whether the gaskets are damaged; for welded pipes, check whether the welds are cracked.
